Jettridge Two

These are wonderful clients that I have designed several projects with. We designed a bathroom renovation a few years before the open porch addition with the workout room below. The porch was constructed with a steel and concrete frame to support the blue stone floor and finished with rustic antique timber beams. The waterproofing system of the porch allows for a nice size work out room below.

Challenges; The biggest challenge was the engineering, but we work with some of the best structural engineers that made the vision work.
